I am currently trying to decide where I want to do my cooking Experience at. I have two options, that are both outstanding restaurants in Tulsa, Ok. Michael Fusco is a local chef here that has opened two very popular restaurants, Flavors and Michael Fusco's grill. Flavors is a italian restaurant that has been around for year and Michael Fusco's grill has more of a variety of cuisine (steaks, lamb, veal, burgers, salads etc) and just recently opened. However, it is gradually becoming a new hotspot because it is located along the Arkansas River and has a wonderful Wine selection and outdoor seating. I really am excited to get this started, I just need to make up my mind where I want to work. Which, I'll make it up soon. Hope everyone has a safe and fun Memorial Day weekend!

That's really cool that you have some options of where you want to work. I would probably pick the restaurant that best suites my wants and needs. If I am working in the kitchen then I would evaluate my cooking ability and see what restaurant would best fit my skill level. If I did not knew that I could work in either kitchen with my skill set then I would pick the one that I believe I would learn most from. If it’s all about the cash then take the higher paying job!!!
